What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Degree Wellness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training program includes a total of 40 hours of on-the-job training. This on-the-job training is divided into two segments: 20 hours are dedicated to Studio Operations, Mindbody, Client Experience & Front Desk Training, and 8 hours are for Equipment & Injectables Training. Both of these segments take place at the franchisee's studio location.
In addition to the on-the-job training, Degree Wellness also provides classroom training. The classroom training covers various topics, including Initial Business Training, Service Offering & Memberships, and Initial Marketing & Pre-sales. The classroom training totals 48 hours.
