Are there any material determinations or proceedings concerning Degree Wellness's patents or copyrights?

According to Degree Wellness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, there are no material determinations or proceedings in the United States Patent and Trademark Office, the United States Copyright Office, or a court concerning any patent or copyright owned by Degree Wellness. While Degree Wellness has not filed for copyright registration of its Operations Manual or other copyrightable materials, it claims copyright protection over them. Degree Wellness considers these materials proprietary.
