What must I submit to Degree Wellness for each proposed site?
Degree_Wellness Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
For each proposed site, you must submit to us, in the form we specify, a description of the site and any other information or materials that we may require. We will not unreasonably withhold approval of a site that meets our standards for general location and neighborhood, traffic patterns, parking size, layout, lease terms, and other physical characteristics for Degree Wellness Studios. If you fail to identify a mutually agreeable site by the established deadline, then we may terminate your Franchise Agreement and the initial Franchise Fee may be forfeited.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Degree Wellness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, for each proposed site, a prospective franchisee must submit a description of the site in a form specified by Degree Wellness, along with any other information or materials that Degree Wellness may require.
Degree Wellness will review the proposed site based on criteria such as demographics, traffic patterns, parking, accessibility, neighborhood character, competition, size, appearance, and other physical and commercial characteristics. The studio must be a minimum of 1,800 square feet and is typically located in high-traffic strip malls.
Degree Wellness will inform the franchisee of their approval or disapproval within 15 days of the site proposal. Degree Wellness states that they will not unreasonably withhold approval of a site that meets their standards for general location and neighborhood, traffic patterns, parking size, layout, lease terms and other physical characteristics. Failure to identify a mutually agreeable site by the established deadline may result in termination of the Franchise Agreement and forfeiture of the initial Franchise Fee.
