What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Degree Wellness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must ensure that all advertising is completely factual, in good taste, and conforms to the highest standards of ethical advertising and all legal requirements. This means that any advertising materials used by a Degree Wellness franchisee must be truthful and not misleading. The franchisor also has the right to determine if the advertising is in good taste.

In addition to these standards, Degree Wellness franchisees must adhere to the highest standards of honesty, integrity, fair dealing, and ethical conduct in all dealings with the franchisor, customers, suppliers, and public officials. Franchisees must also refrain from any business or advertising practice that may be harmful to the business of Degree Wellness, the franchise, and/or the goodwill associated with the Degree Wellness marks and other Degree Wellness franchises. This indicates that franchisees are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and avoid any practices that could damage the brand's reputation.

These requirements ensure that all Degree Wellness franchises maintain a consistent brand image and adhere to ethical and legal standards in their advertising and business practices. This protects both the franchisor and the franchisees by preventing misleading or harmful advertising that could lead to legal issues or damage the brand's reputation. Prospective franchisees should carefully review these standards and ensure they are able to comply with them before investing in a Degree Wellness franchise.
