What is Degree Wellness's role in approving the agreement between the Licensed Provider and the Management Company?

According to Degree Wellness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Degree Wellness must be provided with a true, correct, and complete copy of the agreement between the Licensed Provider and the Management Company. Degree Wellness must also approve the agreement as to its form and content. However, Degree Wellness's approval does not constitute a review or approval of the agreement's legality with respect to applicable state or local laws governing Licensed Providers or agreements of this nature.
