Who is responsible for acquiring and maintaining fixtures, equipment, and furnishings for the Degree Wellness Studio?

According to Degree Wellness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Management Company is responsible for acquiring and maintaining the fixtures, equipment, and furnishings necessary for the operation of the Degree Wellness Studio. Specifically, the Management Company is tasked with 'acquiring all fixtures, equipment, and furnishings necessary for the operation of a Degree Wellness Studio Management Business and the operation of the Studio, and maintaining, repairing, and replacing such fixtures, equipment, and furnishings.'

This means that the Degree Wellness Licensed Provider is granted a license to use the premises, including all fixtures, equipment, and furnishings located within the studio, during the term of the agreement.
