According to Degree Wellness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, during any inspection of a Degree Wellness franchise, Degree Wellness will comply with all laws and regulations applicable to them relating to any personal health information of your patients, as set forth in the business associate agreement that you must sign with them.

Degree Wellness, or their agents, have the right to inspect the premises, observe operations, interview personnel and customers, and inspect and copy records relating to the franchise operation at any reasonable time and without advance notice. Franchisees must cooperate fully with these inspections and promptly correct any deficiencies. This includes presenting evaluation forms to customers and participating in surveys.
