What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Degree Wellness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to use Degree Wellness's approved architect for studio construction drawings. The fees for the architect to complete the construction drawings, as well as any construction permits, are included in the estimated initial investment.
The FDD specifies that the cost for "Studio Layout, Architect, Engineer, Drawings, and Permits" ranges from $19,250 to $21,500. These payments are due as incurred and are to be made to the Approved Supplier and Third Party Providers.
Degree Wellness also expects franchisees to use their third-party Approved Supplier for real estate and construction project management services for the construction and buildout of the franchised business. This service is listed separately from the architect's fees.
