What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Degree Wellness Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee is granted the right to operate a Degree Wellness Studio offering all products, services, and proprietary programs in accordance with all elements of the Degree Wellness System. The franchisee must operate the franchise at a mutually agreeable site, referred to as the Premises.

This means that as a Degree Wellness franchisee, you are obligated to offer all approved products and services exclusively at the physical location approved by Degree Wellness. This location is defined as the "Premises" and must be a mutually agreed-upon site. The FDD emphasizes adherence to the Degree Wellness System, indicating that the products and services offered must align with the franchisor's standards and requirements.

The agreement specifies that the franchisee's rights to operate are tied to this specific location. The franchisee does not have the liberty to sell products or services outside of this approved site without violating the franchise agreement. This restriction ensures brand consistency and quality control, as Degree Wellness aims to maintain a uniform experience across all its franchised locations.

Prospective franchisees should carefully consider the location of their studio, as it will be the sole point of sale for Degree Wellness products and services. Any deviation from this model could lead to a breach of the franchise agreement. Franchisees should also inquire about any potential future changes to the system that may impact the products and services offered at their location.
