If you are in compliance with the Franchise Agreement, then neither we nor our affiliates will, within your Protected Territory, operate or grant a franchise for another Degree Wellness Studio offering our franchised services and products or using our Marks. The continuation of your rights to your Protected Territory does not depend on your achievement of any specific sales volume or market penetration. However, the continuation of your rights to your Protected Territory depends upon your compliance with your obligations under your Franchise Agreement. Failure to comply with your obligations under the Franchise Agreement may result in the termination of your franchise.
