How often are Degree Wellness franchisees required to pay contributions to the Brand Fund?

You agree to contribute to the Fund in the amount of one percent (1%) of the gross revenues of the Franchise.
We will provide you with 60 days' advance notice of the establishment or termination of the Fund and any change in the required contribution.
These contributions will be payable weekly with and at the same time as your Continuing Franchise Fees payable under Paragraph 6.2 above.
At no time during the term of this Agreement will your contribution to the Fund exceed 2% of gross revenue.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Degree Wellness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to make contributions to the Brand Fund on a weekly basis. These contributions are payable at the same time as the Continuing Franchise Fees. The contribution amount is set at one percent of the franchise's gross revenues.
Degree Wellness retains the right to modify the contribution amount to the Brand Fund, but must provide franchisees with 60 days' advance notice of any changes. The agreement specifies that the contribution will not exceed two percent of gross revenue during the term of the agreement.
