We will provide you with 60 days' advance notice of the establishment or termination of the Fund and any change in the required contribution.
These contributions will be payable weekly with and at the same time as your Continuing Franchise Fees payable under Paragraph 6.2 above.
At no time during the term of this Agreement will your contribution to the Fund exceed 2% of gross revenue.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Degree Wellness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Degree Wellness will provide franchisees with 60 days' advance written notice before establishing or terminating the advertising fund. This policy ensures that franchisees are informed about the fund's status and any changes to their contribution obligations.
Additionally, Degree Wellness must provide 60 days' advance notice for any changes to the required contribution amount to the advertising fund. The franchisee's contribution to the fund will not exceed 2% of gross revenue during the agreement term. These contributions are payable weekly, coinciding with the continuing franchise fees.
Furthermore, Degree Wellness retains the right to terminate the fund by providing 30 days' advance written notice to franchisees. In the event of termination, any unspent funds will be divided between Degree Wellness and the contributing franchisees in proportion to their respective contributions. Degree Wellness also reserves the right to reinstate the fund under the same terms and conditions, including the termination and reinstatement rights, by giving franchisees thirty (30) days' advance written notice of reinstatement.
