What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Degree Wellness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Initial Business Training includes 16 hours of classroom training. This training covers topics such as Company Overview, HR & Team Planning, Unit Economics, KPIs, Selling and General Operations. The training takes place in Ann Arbor, Michigan, or another designated training center.
Degree Wellness also provides additional training programs, including Service Offering & Memberships, Initial Marketing & Pre-sales, Grand Opening & Ongoing Marketing, Studio Operations, Mindbody, Client Experience & Front Desk Training, and Equipment & Injectables Training. These additional training programs include both classroom and on-the-job training.
The Degree Wellness training program is subject to change due to updates and modifications in materials, methods, procedures, manuals, and personnel without notice. Franchisees must attend and participate in all sessions of the initial training program. Failure to complete initial training to Degree Wellness's satisfaction will give them the right to terminate the Franchise Agreement.
