- As we deem advisable, conduct inspections of your Studio, including evaluations of its training methods, techniques, and equipment; its staff; and the services rendered to its customers to ensure that the high standards of quality, appearance and service of the Degree Wellness System are maintained. (Franchise Agreement – Section 13.1). At any reasonable time and without advance notice to you, we or our agents, such as a "mystery shopper" service, may: (i) inspect the Premises; (ii) observe the operations of the Franchise for such consecutive or intermittent periods as we deem necessary; (iii) interview personnel of the Franchise; (iv) interview customers of the Franchise; and (v) inspect and copy any books, referral sources, marketing and advertising, records and documents relating to the operation of the Franchise. We or our agents may record telephone calls placed to your Studio. We may provide you with additional guidance and training based on the results of these inspections.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Degree Wellness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Degree Wellness reserves the right to conduct inspections of your Studio. These inspections, as stated in the Franchise Agreement Section 13.1, are conducted as Degree Wellness deems advisable.
The inspections include evaluations of the Studio's training methods, techniques, and equipment, as well as its staff and the services rendered to customers. The purpose of these inspections is to ensure that the high standards of quality, appearance, and service of the Degree Wellness System are maintained.
Degree Wellness, or its agents, may inspect the premises at any reasonable time and without advance notice. This includes observing operations, interviewing personnel and customers, and inspecting and copying books, referral sources, marketing and advertising materials, records, and documents. Degree Wellness may also record telephone calls placed to the Studio. Following these inspections, Degree Wellness may provide additional guidance and training based on the results.
