According to Degree Wellness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the business-related initial training program is typically held at a classroom facility in the Ann Arbor, Michigan area. However, Degree Wellness retains the right to designate an alternative training facility.
Franchisees are eligible to attend this business training only after they have a signed lease and typically attend within 90 to 120 days of their anticipated opening. Completion of the business training is mandatory. Degree Wellness also strongly recommends that franchisees have their General Managers attend this training if they are hiring one to run the studio operations.
