What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Degree Wellness's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, any written notices, reports, and payments required under the Franchise Agreement or Operations Manual should be sent to Degree Wellness Franchise, LLC at the following address: Attn: Amanda Watts, 200 Riverside Ave., Jacksonville, FL 32202.

This stipulation ensures that all official communications are directed to the appropriate contact person and location within the Degree Wellness organization. The FDD specifies acceptable delivery methods, including hand delivery, electronic transmission, reputable commercial courier service, or U.S. mail (registered or certified with return receipt requested). The document clarifies that notices or payments not received during regular business hours on the due date, or postmarked at least two days before the due date, will be considered delinquent.

For a prospective Degree Wellness franchisee, this means adhering strictly to the outlined notification protocols to maintain compliance with the franchise agreement. Franchisees should also confirm the 'most current principal business address' of Degree Wellness before sending notices, in case the address has changed since the FDD was issued. This can be done by contacting Degree Wellness directly. Franchisees must also ensure that they send notices in a manner that provides proof of delivery, such as certified mail or a courier service with tracking capabilities, to avoid any disputes regarding receipt of the communication.
