You must participate in quality and guest satisfaction programs that Holiday periodically develops and modifies. Holiday representatives may inspect the Hotel at any time with or without notice to you, to determine whether your Hotel is compliant with the Standards. If Holiday determines that your Hotel is not compliant with the Standards, Holiday may charge you for all quality defaults, visits, re-evaluations, and re-inspections at your Hotel that occur as a result of your Hotel's failure of any quality evaluation, your Hotel's failure under the guest satisfaction measurement system, your failure to complete "The Operator's View" ("TOV") as mandated, your failure to cure non-compliance with Incident Reports, your failure cure non-compliance with submission of Certificates of Compliance ("COC"), or your failure to
