What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 FDD, SCH provides several services to a Crowne Plaza Hotel Owner through its Office during the term of the agreement. These services include reservation services for calls transferred from the hotel to the Office, telephone connections between the hotel and the Office, and the management and staffing of the Office using SCH employees. SCH is also responsible for furnishing the Office with necessary equipment, hardware, software, and furnishings.
Additionally, SCH provides performance reports to the hotel owner regarding calls transferred from the hotel to the Office. These reports detail the number of calls handled, the number of rooms sold along with the confirmation percentage, the number of room nights sold with the average daily rate, and the revenue generated. These reports help the hotel owner assess the effectiveness of the reservation services provided by SCH.
In return for these services, the Crowne Plaza Hotel Owner pays SCH $7.65 per net booking made by the Office for the hotel. This fee also applies to net bookings made by the Office from Hotel direct calls transferred to public InterContinental Hotels Group CRO telephone numbers. SCH can modify this fee once per calendar year, providing thirty days' prior written notice, with any increase not exceeding ten percent of the previous fee. SCH bills the hotel monthly for these fees.
