What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Crowne Plaza Franchise Disclosure Document, if AT&T provides services utilizing its equipment at the franchisee's location, the franchisee, referred to as the Eligible Participant, has specific responsibilities. While the equipment remains the property of AT&T, the franchisee must provide adequate space and electric power to operate the equipment.

In addition to space and power, the Crowne Plaza franchisee is responsible for maintaining the physical security of the AT&T equipment, ensuring it is free from any liens or encumbrances. Furthermore, the franchisee is expected to allow AT&T access to the property and equipment as needed for the services during regular business hours. The franchisee must also obtain any necessary permissions for AT&T to access property controlled by third parties, such as landlords. The franchisee is required to provide timely information and access to their security policies. Overall, the franchisee plays a crucial role in providing the necessary infrastructure and security for AT&T's equipment to ensure the smooth delivery of services.
