What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Crowne Plaza Franchise Disclosure Document, Optional Services are defined as hardware, software, and services not included in the Core Services or Additional Required Services. These Optional Services are provided by a Service Provider through an Enabling Agreement with IHG or an IHG affiliate.
As a Crowne Plaza licensee, you may benefit from the negotiated terms, conditions, and pricing IHG secures in these Enabling Agreements. To obtain these Optional Services, you must enter into an Order Form or a Participation Agreement. These services, along with Core Services and Additional Required Services, are subject to supplemental terms outlined in Schedule 4 of the FDD.
It's important to note that IHG can modify or add to these supplemental terms with just ten days' written notice. The Core Services, Additional Required Services, and any Optional Services you contract to receive are collectively referred to as the 'Curated Solutions'.
