What does a Crowne Plaza Eligible Participant agree to be bound by under the AT&T Participation Agreement?

According to the 2025 Crowne Plaza FDD, an Eligible Participant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in the AT&T Participation Agreement, including those detailed in Attachment 1 and Attachment 2. Furthermore, if AT&T and IHG (as the Customer) modify any provisions of the Customer Agreement that apply to the Eligible Participant, the Eligible Participant also agrees to be bound by these modifications. This signifies that the Crowne Plaza franchisee must adhere to the original agreement and any subsequent changes made to it.

This agreement covers the purchase of specific services and vendor software made available under the Customer Agreement. These include the AT&T Managed Fortinet Solution, CrowdStrike Complete Vendor Software, AT&T Deployment and Management of security components, AT&T Deployment and Management of MSS for the front office environment, AT&T Deployment and Management of Covered Devices in the FO environment, AT&T Active Directory (AD) Services, and AT&T Managed Token Remote Access Services & Managed Back-up Services. The agreement also specifies that other AT&T services may not be purchased under this agreement.

This means that as a Crowne Plaza franchisee, you are entering a legally binding agreement with AT&T for specific services and are obligated to comply with its terms.
