Franchisees are required to construct or remodel their location in accordance with Crown Gold Exchange's System Standards. These standards encompass mandatory procedures and requirements related to design elements such as construction, decoration, layout, furniture, fixtures, and signage.

Before commencing any construction or remodeling work, franchisees must obtain approval of their plans from Crown Gold Exchange. While Crown Gold Exchange retains the right to inspect the construction or remodeling progress at any reasonable time, they are not obligated to do so. Franchisees may be required to engage the services of a licensed architect in the jurisdiction of the location, if Crown Gold Exchange deems it necessary.

The franchisor's inspection and approval to open the business do not constitute a warranty that the business has been constructed in accordance with any architectural, engineering, or legal standards. Franchisees are expected to comply with all System Standards in effect and may be required to undertake and complete a remodel of the location to Crown Gold Franchising's satisfaction within a specified timeframe.
