For what purpose can a Crown Gold Exchange franchisee use the business data licensed to them?

According to the 2024 Crown Gold Exchange Franchise Disclosure Document, all customer and non-public data generated by the franchisee's business is considered confidential information and is exclusively owned by Crown Gold Franchising. However, Crown Gold Franchising licenses this data back to the franchisee without charge.
