- 5.3 Assistance in Training Employees. Crown Gold Franchising shall, to the extent it deems appropriate, provide programs for Franchisee to conduct training of new employees.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Crown Gold Exchange's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Crown Gold Exchange will provide programs for franchisees to conduct training of new employees to the extent that Crown Gold Exchange deems appropriate.
Crown Gold Exchange also provides assistance in hiring employees by providing suggested staffing levels and guidelines. However, the FDD states that all hiring decisions and conditions of employment are the franchisee's sole responsibility.
Crown Gold Exchange may also set minimum qualifications for categories of employees employed by the franchisee. The franchisee is solely responsible for the terms and conditions of employment of all personnel, including recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, supervising, compensation, and termination.
