ARTICLE 5. ASSISTANCE
- 5.1 Manual. Crown Gold Franchising shall make its Manual available to Franchisee.
- 5.2 Assistance in Hiring Employees. Crown Gold Franchising shall provide its suggested staffing levels to Franchisee. Crown Gold Franchising shall provide suggested guidelines for hiring employees. All hiring decisions and conditions of employment are Franchisee's sole responsibility.
- 5.3 Assistance in Training Employees. Crown Gold Franchising shall, to the extent it deems appropriate, provide programs for Franchisee to conduct training of new employees.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Crown Gold Exchange's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Crown Gold Franchising will make its Manual available to the franchisee. Franchisees must comply with all mandatory obligations outlined in the manual and all other System Standards at all times and at their own expense.
The manual may be in any form or media determined by Crown Gold Franchising, who may also supplement, revise, or modify the manual and change, add, or delete System Standards at any time at its discretion. Crown Gold Franchising will inform franchisees of these changes through any method they deem appropriate.
In the event of a dispute regarding the contents of the manual, Crown Gold Franchising's master copy will be the controlling document. Franchisees are also required to submit such other financial statements, budgets, forecasts, reports, records, copies of contracts, documents related to litigation, tax returns, copies of governmental permits, and other documents and information related to the Business as specified in the Manual or that Crown Gold Franchising may reasonably request.
