What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to the 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Crown Gold Exchange's standard pre-opening training is made available to the Principal Executive and up to 2 other employees. This training takes place at Crown Gold Franchising's headquarters and/or at a Crown Gold Exchange business designated by Crown Gold Franchising.

Crown Gold Exchange does not charge any fee for this training itself. However, the franchisee is responsible for covering their own travel, lodging, meal, and other out-of-pocket expenses associated with attending the training. The FDD also states that Crown Gold Franchising reserves the right to change the length and content of the initial training program. This adjustment is based on the experience and skill level of the individuals attending the program.

In addition to pre-opening training, the Principal Executive must complete Crown Gold Franchising's training program for new franchisees to Crown Gold Franchising's satisfaction at least four weeks before opening the Business. Franchisees should confirm with Crown Gold Exchange if the pre-opening training mentioned above is separate from the new franchisee training.
