- 11.5 Business Data. All customer data and other non-public data generated by the Business is Confidential Information and is exclusively owned by Crown Gold Franchising. Crown Gold Franchising hereby licenses such data back to Franchisee without charge solely for Franchisee's use in connection with the Business for the term of this Agreement.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Crown Gold Exchange's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, all customer data generated by the business is considered confidential information and is exclusively owned by Crown Gold Franchising. However, Crown Gold Franchising licenses this data back to the franchisee for their use in connection with the business.
This license is granted to the Crown Gold Exchange franchisee without any additional charge. The franchisee can use the customer data for the duration of the Franchise Agreement.
Upon termination of the Franchise Agreement, the franchisee's right to use the customer data also ends. This means that after the agreement expires or is terminated, the franchisee can no longer utilize the customer data that was generated during the term of the agreement.
