What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Crown Gold Exchange offers support to franchisees who request advice on improving and developing their business or resolving operational problems. This support is provided via telephone or electronic communication, to the extent that Crown Gold Exchange deems reasonable.
If a Crown Gold Exchange franchisee requires in-person support, it may be provided at the discretion of the franchisor. However, this on-site support is not free.
Crown Gold Exchange charges a fee of $600 per day for in-person support, in addition to covering any out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the Crown Gold Exchange employees, such as travel, lodging, and meals.
