What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Crown Gold Exchange Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must obtain approval from Crown Gold Exchange before using their own advertising or marketing materials. To get approval, a franchisee must submit the proposed advertising or marketing materials to Crown Gold Exchange at least 14 days before they intend to use them.
If Crown Gold Exchange does not respond to the franchisee's submission within this 14-day period, the submitted advertising or marketing material is considered rejected. This means the franchisee is not authorized to use the material in their advertising or marketing efforts.
Crown Gold Exchange also retains the right to use any advertising or marketing materials developed by a franchisee for any purpose, without providing any payment or compensation to the franchisee. This condition highlights the importance of ensuring that all advertising materials align with Crown Gold Exchange's brand standards and marketing strategies, as the franchisor has the right to utilize franchisee-developed content without remuneration.
