What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Crown Gold Exchange's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee is granted the right to operate their business solely at the approved location. The franchisee is required to develop, open, and operate the Crown Gold Exchange business at this specified location for the entire term of the Franchise Agreement.

This means that franchisees are restricted from conducting business activities, including selling goods or services, outside of their designated location. This restriction ensures that the franchisee focuses their efforts on maximizing the potential of their approved site and maintains the brand's consistency.

The Crown Gold Exchange franchise agreement does not permit operating outside of the approved location. A franchisee would need to adhere to this restriction unless they obtain a Multi-Unit Development Agreement, which would allow them to open additional locations under specific conditions and a mutually agreed schedule.
