What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Crown Gold Exchange's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee is only permitted to make sales to retail customers at the specific location outlined in the franchise agreement.
Unless explicitly approved or required by Crown Gold Exchange, franchisees are prohibited from engaging in sales through alternative channels. These restricted channels include wholesale, delivery services, mail order, internet sales, or operating from temporary or satellite locations. This restriction ensures that the Crown Gold Exchange brand maintains a consistent customer experience and operational model across all franchise locations.
The franchisee must operate the Crown Gold Exchange business solely at the designated location. This means that franchisees cannot conduct any other business activities at the approved site besides running their Crown Gold Exchange franchise. If the franchisee is a business entity, that entity is not allowed to own or operate any other businesses besides Crown Gold Exchange franchises, ensuring full dedication to the brand and its standards.
