What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Crown Gold Exchange's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are generally restricted from making wholesale sales. The FDD specifies that franchisees must make sales only to retail customers and only at the approved location.
Crown Gold Exchange franchisees are prohibited from engaging in sales through wholesale channels unless explicitly approved or required by Crown Gold Franchising. This restriction extends to other methods such as delivery, mail order, internet sales, or sales at temporary locations, all of which require specific approval from Crown Gold Franchising.
This policy ensures that Crown Gold Exchange maintains control over its brand and distribution channels, focusing on a consistent retail experience. A prospective franchisee should be aware that deviating from this retail-focused model without prior consent could be a breach of the franchise agreement.
