What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Crown Gold Exchange's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are primarily restricted to retail sales at their designated location. Specifically, franchisees must make sales only to retail customers and only at the approved location.
Crown Gold Exchange franchisees are generally prohibited from engaging in sales through other channels unless explicitly approved or required by the franchisor. These restricted channels include, but are not limited to, wholesale, delivery, mail order, internet sales, or sales at temporary or satellite locations.
This restriction ensures that Crown Gold Exchange maintains control over its brand and distribution methods. A prospective franchisee should seek clarification from Crown Gold Exchange regarding any potential exceptions or conditions under which alternative sales methods might be permitted.
