What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to the 2024 Crown Gold Exchange Franchise Disclosure Document, the standard pre-opening training is available to the Principal Executive and up to two other employees. This training takes place at Crown Gold Franchising's headquarters or at a Crown Gold Exchange business designated by them.

Crown Gold Exchange does not charge a fee for this initial training. However, the franchisee is responsible for covering all travel, lodging, meals, and other out-of-pocket expenses for themselves and their employees.

Crown Gold Exchange retains the right to modify the length and content of the training program based on the experience and skill level of each individual attending. This suggests that the training may be tailored to the specific needs and backgrounds of the franchisee and their staff.

This pre-opening training is crucial as the FDD states that all officers and employees must complete all of Crown Gold Franchising's required pre-opening training before opening the business. This ensures that the franchisee and their team are adequately prepared to operate the Crown Gold Exchange business according to the franchisor's standards.
