What determines the location of post-opening training programs for a Crown Gold Exchange?

- 7.6 Post-Opening Training. Crown Gold Franchising may at any time require that the Principal Executive and/or any other employees complete training programs, in any format and in any location determined by Crown Gold Franchising.
Crown Gold Franchising may charge a reasonable fee for any training programs.
Crown Gold Franchising may require Franchisee to provide training programs to its employees.
If a training program is held at a location which requires travel by the Principal Executive or any other employee, then Franchisee shall pay all travel, living and other expenses.

According to the 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Crown Gold Exchange determines the location, format, and requirements for post-opening training programs. Crown Gold Franchising retains the authority to mandate that the Principal Executive or any other employees complete these training programs.
These training programs can be in any format and held at any location that Crown Gold Franchising deems appropriate. This gives Crown Gold Exchange considerable flexibility in deciding where and how to conduct post-opening training.
If the training program necessitates travel for the Principal Executive or any other employee, the franchisee is responsible for covering all associated expenses, including travel, lodging, and other related costs. Additionally, Crown Gold Franchising may charge a reasonable fee for any training programs.
