What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Crown Gold Exchange's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Crown Gold Franchising has the right to modify the franchise's operations manual. Specifically, Crown Gold Franchising can supplement, revise, or modify the manual and change, add, or delete System Standards at any time, using any method they deem appropriate to inform the franchisee of these changes. This means that the franchisee must stay updated on any changes Crown Gold Franchising makes to the manual.
This ability to modify the manual allows Crown Gold Franchising to adapt the Crown Gold Exchange system to changing market conditions, new technologies, or evolving customer preferences. It also ensures consistency across all franchise locations by mandating uniform standards.
For a prospective franchisee, this means that the rules and guidelines for operating their Crown Gold Exchange business can change. It is the franchisee's responsibility to stay informed of these changes and adapt their business practices accordingly. In the event of a dispute, Crown Gold Franchising's master copy of the manual will be the controlling document.
