We do not have any parent entities. We do not have any affiliates that offer franchises in any line of business or provide products or services to our franchisees.
We have offered franchises since July 2023. None of our affiliates has offered franchises in other lines of business. None of our affiliates provides products or services to our franchisees.
Our affiliate, WAM Gold, LLC has operated Crown Gold Exchange in the following markets since 2010. This entity was filed on 8/20/2010 in California. This affiliate has the same business address as us. The operating locations which are owned by this Affiliate are based in the following markets:
Riverside, CA, opened October 2010 Chino, CA, opened December 2010 Redlands, CA, opened March 2011 Ontario, CA, opened June 2011 Hemet, CA, opened December 2011 Palm Desert, CA, opened January 2013 Rancho Santa Margarita, CA, opened March 2013
