& Go Location Fee**
Qualified franchisees who are approved to operate a Crisp & Go Location will pay us a Crisp & Go Location fee of $5,000. The Crisp & Go Location fee is payable in full upon our approval for you to operate a Crisp & Go Location, and is considered fully earned and nonrefundable upon payment. We intend for the Crisp & Go Location fee to be uniform

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Crisp & Green's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, a qualified franchisee who is approved to operate a Crisp & Go Location must pay a $5,000 Crisp & Go Location fee. This fee is payable in full upon Crisp & Green's approval for the franchisee to operate the Crisp & Go Location.
Once paid, the $5,000 Crisp & Go Location fee is considered fully earned and nonrefundable. Crisp & Green intends for this fee to be uniform for all franchisees who are approved to operate a Crisp & Go Location.
This means that if a franchisee meets the qualifications and receives approval from Crisp & Green to operate a Crisp & Go Location, they are obligated to pay the $5,000 fee at the time of approval. This fee is nonrefundable, regardless of whether the franchisee ultimately opens or operates the Crisp & Go Location.
