What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Crisp & Green's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, a site is only considered approved if Crisp & Green provides express written approval. If Crisp & Green does not provide written approval within thirty days after receiving the site approval package, the site is considered disapproved.

It is the franchisee's responsibility to identify and secure a location for the Crisp & Green restaurant. While Crisp & Green offers assistance in analyzing the market area and determining site feasibility, they do not conduct site selection activities for the franchisee. The franchisee must submit a completed site approval package with all required information for Crisp & Green's review.

Even with site approval, Crisp & Green makes no guarantees regarding the site's suitability or potential for success. Demographic and economic factors can change, impacting the site's potential. The franchisee acknowledges that their acceptance of the franchise is based on their own independent investigation of the site's suitability.
