What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Crisp & Green's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Crisp & Green may waive the initial training requirement under specific circumstances. Crisp & Green retains the discretion to waive, either partially or entirely, the requirement for a person to attend the Initial Training program. This waiver is contingent upon the person having already completed the Initial Training within the twelve months immediately preceding the new training requirement.

This waiver applies only if the prior training was in connection with the opening or operation of a different Crisp & Green Restaurant. This suggests that Crisp & Green values recent and relevant experience within its system.

For a prospective franchisee, this policy could be beneficial if they or their staff have recent experience with another Crisp & Green location, potentially saving time and resources associated with the full initial training program. However, the decision to grant a waiver remains solely at Crisp & Green's discretion.
