What trade name identifies Restaurants operating under the Crisp & Green System?
Crisp_Green Franchise · 2024 FDDAnswer from 2024 FDD Document
We have developed a proprietary business format and system (the "System") for operating the Restaurants, which are upscale, fast-casual restaurants featuring exceptional, scratch-made healthy food and related food products anchored by signature salad and grain bowls that are made-to-order with fresh, high quality ingredients and assembled in front of our guests behind a service counter. Our System includes a distinct restaurant design and layout, décor, color scheme, graphics, fixtures and furnishings, operating and customer service standards and procedures, advertising and marketing specifications and requirements, the use of required suppliers of ingredients, recipes and food preparation techniques, compliance with strict food storage and preparation standards, the service of a required menu, and other standards, specifications, techniques, and procedures that we designate (collectively, the "Standards"). Restaurants operating under the System are identified by the trade name "Crisp & Green" and other trademarks, service marks, and trade identifiers that we designate (the "Marks"). We may from time to time add or delete products and/or services and change, improve, add to, and further develop the specifications, standards, procedures, methods of operation and other elements of our System, and you will be expected to follow suit.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Crisp & Green Franchise Disclosure Document, restaurants operating under the Crisp & Green system are identified by the trade name "Crisp & Green". The system encompasses a specific restaurant design, layout, decor, color scheme, graphics, fixtures, furnishings, and operational standards. It also includes advertising and marketing specifications, required suppliers, recipes, food preparation techniques, and strict food storage and preparation standards. The restaurants serve a required menu and adhere to other standards and procedures designated by Crisp & Green.
This means that as a franchisee, you are required to operate your restaurant under the "Crisp & Green" trade name and adhere to all the standards and specifications that are part of the Crisp & Green system. This ensures consistency across all franchised locations and helps to maintain brand recognition and customer expectations.
Crisp & Green retains the right to modify the system, including adding or deleting products and services, and changing specifications, standards, and procedures. Franchisees are expected to adapt to these changes to maintain uniformity within the Crisp & Green franchise network. This flexibility allows Crisp & Green to stay current with market trends and customer preferences, but it also requires franchisees to be adaptable and willing to invest in updates to their operations.
