Crisp_Green Franchise · 2024 FDD

Answer from 2024 FDD Document

There is no separate fee payable to us in connection with Crisp Academy, our initial training program, for up to four people.

You will be responsible for making arrangements for travel, accommodations, and meals for your personnel attending Crisp Academy, and you will be responsible for making payments directly to third party providers.

The estimate contemplates local accommodations and meals for four people during three weeks of Crisp Academy in Minnesota.

The low end of the estimate assumes that you and the individuals attending training reside within driving distance of the training location, and the high end assumes travel will be needed, although expenses may vary significantly depending upon factors such as the distance traveled and mode of transportation.

What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Crisp & Green's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the low end of the estimated cost for travel and living expenses during training at Crisp Academy assumes that the franchisee and their team members who are attending the training program reside within driving distance of the training location in Minnesota.

Crisp & Green provides initial training for up to four people at no separate fee. However, the franchisee is responsible for covering the costs of travel, accommodations, and meals for their personnel during the training period. The FDD estimates these travel and living expenses to range from $2,500 to $7,500.

The higher end of the estimate accounts for situations where travel is needed, but the actual expenses can vary significantly based on factors such as the distance traveled and the mode of transportation used. This means franchisees who are not local to the training center should anticipate higher costs for these items.
