What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Crisp & Green Franchise Disclosure Document, as part of the Letter of Intent, Crisp & Green requires franchisees to submit to a background check and credit check. This Background Check allows Crisp & Green to reserve a Preliminary Designated Area exclusively for the potential franchisee while evaluating their suitability.
The Letter of Intent also stipulates that the franchisee may have access to confidential information related to Crisp & Green's products, sales, or business. This information is considered a valuable asset of Crisp & Green and must be protected.
The franchisee agrees not to use the confidential information for any purpose other than developing Crisp & Green restaurants under the Franchise Agreement. They are also prohibited from disclosing this information to any person without prior written consent from Crisp & Green. These measures ensure the protection of Crisp & Green's proprietary information and trade secrets during the application process.
