- (4) Maintain, modify, and issue the Standards. We will maintain the Standards for the System, and may from time to time modify such Standards or issue new Standards. Changes in the Standards may require you to invest additional capital in order to bring your Franchised Restaurant into compliance with such modified Standards, and you will be required to do so within time periods specified by us.
