What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Crisp & Green's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are generally responsible for the costs associated with additional training. The FDD outlines that Crisp & Green may provide additional training beyond the initial and opening training for various reasons, including the franchisee's request.
If a Crisp & Green franchisee requests additional training, they will be required to reimburse Crisp & Green for costs. These costs include lodging, meals, and travel arrangements for the trainers, as well as a fee of $500 per day for each individual provided by Crisp & Green to assist the franchisee.
In addition to these direct costs, the franchisee is also responsible for covering all compensation and expenses incurred by themselves and their personnel in connection with any additional training, regardless of where the training is conducted. This includes travel, meals, and lodging for the franchisee and their staff attending the training.
