What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Crisp & Green's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is responsible for identifying potential sites for their Franchised Restaurant and submitting them to Crisp & Green for approval. The franchisee must continue to identify and submit new sites until Crisp & Green approves one.

Crisp & Green will offer reasonable assistance in analyzing the market area and determining site feasibility, but they will not conduct site selection activities directly for the franchisee. The franchisee must submit a completed site approval package in the format specified by Crisp & Green, containing all required information and materials.

Crisp & Green will then make reasonable efforts to approve or disapprove the proposed site within 30 days of receiving the complete site approval package. If Crisp & Green does not provide written notice of approval or disapproval within this timeframe, the site is deemed disapproved. The franchisee bears the risk that a site approved by Crisp & Green may not meet their expectations for revenue or operational criteria, as demographic and economic factors can change and are beyond Crisp & Green's control. Site approval by Crisp & Green does not constitute a warranty or assurance of the site's suitability.
