What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Crisp & Green Franchise Disclosure Document, the Crisp & Go Location fee is non-refundable. If a franchisee is approved to operate a Crisp & Go Location, they must pay Crisp & Green a $5,000 fee.
This fee is due upon approval to operate the Crisp & Go Location. Once the franchisee pays the fee, Crisp & Green considers it fully earned and will not refund it under any circumstances.
This means that if a franchisee's plans change or they are no longer able to operate the Crisp & Go Location after paying the fee, they will not receive a refund of the $5,000. Prospective franchisees should carefully consider their ability to proceed with the Crisp & Go Location before paying this fee to Crisp & Green.
