What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Crisp & Green Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee is approved to operate a Crisp & Go Location, they must pay a $5,000 fee. This Crisp & Go Location fee is due upon approval to operate the Crisp & Go Location.
This fee is fully earned by Crisp & Green upon payment and is non-refundable. This means that once the franchisee pays the fee, Crisp & Green has earned it, and the franchisee cannot get a refund, even if they later decide not to operate the Crisp & Go Location.
