Within 90 days prior to the opening of your Franchised Restaurant, you will be required to participate in "Crisp Academy," our initial training program. Your General Manager, Approved Operator (if applicable), and at least two other management level employees we approve, such as an assistant general manager and kitchen manager, must participate in Crisp Academy, which consists of three weeks of training conducted at our Corporate Restaurant located in Wayzata, Minnesota, or at another one of the Restaurants, via electronic media, or some combination of these options, in our discretion.
