Within 90 days prior to the opening of your Franchised Restaurant, you will be required to participate in "Crisp Academy," our initial training program. Your General Manager, Approved Operator (if applicable), and at least two other management level employees we approve, such as an assistant general manager and kitchen manager, must participate in Crisp Academy, which consists of three weeks of training conducted at our Corporate Restaurant located in Wayzata, Minnesota, or at another one of the Restaurants, via electronic media, or some combination of these options, in our discretion.

According to Crisp & Green's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Crisp Academy training program takes place at the Corporate Restaurant in Wayzata, Minnesota, or at another one of the Restaurants. The training may also be conducted via electronic media, or some combination of these options, at Crisp & Green's discretion.
Crisp Academy is a three-week initial training program that franchisees must complete within 90 days before opening their restaurant. Certain personnel are required to attend Crisp Academy, including the General Manager, Approved Operator (if applicable), at least two other management-level employees, and the franchisee (or Operating Partner).
In addition to the initial Crisp Academy, Crisp & Green also provides Opening Training at the franchisee's location. This consists of seven days of on-site training immediately surrounding the grand opening. Additional training programs, conferences, and conventions may also be offered periodically, potentially for a fee.
