All data that you provide to us from your Computer System as well as other information that we may otherwise collect from you is owned exclusively by us, and we will have the right to use that data in any manner we deem appropriate without compensating you. You must provide us with unimpeded online
access to your Computer System, in the manner, form, and at the times requested by us, resulting in us having independent access to the information generated and stored in the systems. You must also provide us with access to a web-based video or camera feed of the Franchised Restaurant.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Crisp & Green's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are not compensated for the data they provide from their Computer System. Crisp & Green owns all data provided by the franchisee's Computer System and has the right to use that data in any manner they deem appropriate.
This means that Crisp & Green franchisees must provide unimpeded online access to their Computer System, allowing Crisp & Green to independently access the information generated and stored within the systems. Franchisees are also required to provide access to a web-based video or camera feed of the Franchised Restaurant.
Franchisees are responsible for maintaining and upgrading their Computer Systems at their own expense, including installing any additions, changes, or modifications required by Crisp & Green. They must also maintain a high-speed broadband internet connection to ensure the proper functioning of the Computer System and its interface with Crisp & Green's computer system. This also means that Crisp & Green may charge franchisees up-front and ongoing fees for any required or recommended proprietary software or technology that they license to the franchisee, as well as for other Computer System maintenance and support services.
